Shannon Daly brings more than 20 years of fitness and training experience to her practice and teaching. Although she has experience in a variety of traditional exercise styles, Yoga, Reiki & overall wellness modalities are her passion. She shares her talents with various studios and facilities around the metro, including her own holistic wellness center Daly Zen. Her mission is to spread love, light & healing across our community
